We are currently recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time positions at adult male and female correctional facilities in Columbia, South Carolina, and in other areas of the state. Your expertise and leadership will help ensure high-quality care to those in need.

These highly sought-after positions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment in accordance with the specified schedule.

Job Details:

• Pay is $40.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule, 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend)
• 12-hour day shift (6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) and 12-hour night shift (6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) positions available
• Mandatory 3-week onboarding for orientation and training, first shift (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday, at the beginning of the assignment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License and Credentials Requirements:

• Current South Carolina or compact LPN license
• Current CPR Certification, BLS
• Current PPD

Primary Job Duties:

• Conduct health assessments and sick call for inmates
• Administer medications and provide treatments
• Provide health education and counseling
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Supervise nursing assistants
