Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Juvenile Corrections

We are currently recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for positions at a state-operated juvenile long-term commitment facility in Union, South Carolina.
These positions provide premium hourly pay (W-2 wages paid weekly), are highly competitive, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment in accordance with the specified schedule.
Pay: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour
Job Details:
- Weekdays, 6-hour shift (3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.), with occasional weekend coverage as needed
Primary Job Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments
- Execute patient treatment plans
- Administer medication and immunizations
- Medical clinic/sick call
- Update medical records

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification and Credentials Requirements:
- Current South Carolina or compact LPN license
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Current CPR (BLS) certification – American Heart Association
- Current PPD
Applicants must provide up to three professional references, pass a drug screen, and undergo a criminal background check. Applicants with criminal activity charges may not be considered.
