Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.): Skilled Nursing Facility

MedFirst Staffing is actively recruiting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time first shift and second shift positions at a specialized skilled nursing facility in Wilson, North Carolina. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality care for those in need.

These highly competitive positions provide premium hourly pay and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment in accordance with their contract.

Job Details:

• 16-week contract (with opportunities for 13-week contract renewals)
• Full-time schedule, 40 hours (five 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend)
• First shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and second shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) positions are available
• Mandatory 4-week onboarding for orientation and training, first shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday, at the beginning of the contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with daily activities (such as bathing, moving, walking)
• Taking and recording vital signs
• Supervising patients at all times, ensuring safety and well-being
• Assisting patients with basic personal hygiene

Certification and Credentialing Requirements:

• Current North Carolina C.N.A. certification
• One year of nursing experience
• Current PPD
• Current CPR (BLS) certification – American Heart Association
