Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Developmental Disabilities Care

We are actively recruiting skilled nurses for LPN jobs in Hartsville, SC, at a state-operated intellectual and developmental disabilities facility. Your expertise and leadership as a Licensed Practical Nurse will help ensure high-quality care for those in need.
Successful candidates must be able to complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment according to the specified schedule.
Pay
$40.00 – $53.00 per hour
Job Details
- Full-time schedule, 40 hours
- Five 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
- Rotating 2nd/3rd shift position (3p–11:30p/11p–7:30a)
- Straight 3rd shift position (11p–7:30a)
License and Credentials Requirements
- Current South Carolina or Compact LPN License
- Current CPR Certification, BLS – American Heart Association
- Current 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON
- Must have experience with G-tubes and trach care
Primary Job Duties
- Monitor and record patient health
- Take vital signs
- Administer medications
- Provide treatments, including changing wound dressings
- Consult with physicians on patient treatment plans
- Direct and supervise nurse assistants
