Registered Nurse (RN): Behavioral Health

We have openings for behavioral health RN jobs in Anderson, SC, at a state-operated psychiatric hospital providing short-term, intensive psychiatric diagnostic and treatment services for adult male and female patients. Your expertise and leadership as a Registered Nurse will help ensure high-quality care for those in need.

Successful candidates must complete onboarding requirements and begin their assignment according to the specified schedule.

Job Details

Pay: $45.00 per hour

• Full-time schedule, 40 hours
• Five 8-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
• 2nd shift positions (3p-11:30p)
• Mandatory 10-day onboarding for orientation and training first shift 8a-4:30p), Monday through Friday, at the beginning of the assignment

License and Credentials Requirements

• South Carolina or Compact RN License
• At least two years of behavioral health nursing experience
• CPR Certification, BLS – American Heart Association
• Current 2-Step PPD or QuantiFERON

Primary Job Duties

• Patient assessments
• Planning and coordination of care
• Medication management
• Documentation
• Direct and supervise LPNs and Nurse Aides
